Services

Water treatment services in the Lower Mainland.

Water softeners, whole home filtration, reverse osmosis and well water treatment for Lower Mainland homes. Every job starts with a free consultation.

Two ways in

Start wherever you already are.

Some people come in with a problem they noticed at the tap. Some come in already researching a system. Both roads end at the same consultation.

Side by side

Which water treatment system does your home need?

Each system handles a different problem in a different place. Most city water homes need the first one, and every well gets its own lineup.

Before anything gets quoted

What actually happens at the consultation.

A five to ten minute phone call, and it costs nothing. Most of it is questions, not selling.

1

We start with what's in your water

On city water that means the report your utility already publishes for your area. On a well it means what you are seeing at the fixtures, because nobody publishes anything about a private supply.

2

We assess what is right for your home

How many people live there, how much water runs through on a normal day, and where the main line comes in. A system sized for a four bedroom is the wrong system for a condo, and the other way around.

3

Then you get a written quote

Equipment and installation requirements are confirmed before a written quote is issued. Nothing gets ordered until you say so.

Where we work

Serving the Lower Mainland.

Water changes between one town and the next, sometimes between one street and the next, because it depends on where the line draws from. That is why the consultation starts local instead of starting from a catalog.

Questions

The ones we get asked most.

Anything else goes in your consultation request.

No. Most people start from something they noticed at the tap, not from a product. Working out which system fits is the part that happens after we look at your water.

Nothing. It is free whether or not you buy anything.

Whole-home carbon filtration is $3,495 CAD installed, plus applicable taxes, and our filtration and RO bundle is $4,495 CAD installed, plus applicable taxes, for suitable municipal-water homes and standard installations. Water softening and well-water treatment are priced separately.

Most city water homes start with whole-home carbon filtration, which filters the water for the whole house. Reverse osmosis is available separately or as part of our $4,495 CAD filtration and RO bundle. Softening is assessed separately where needed, and wells are sized on their own.

A five to ten minute phone call. Most of it is questions about your water and your house.

Yes. There is no utility report for a private supply, so we work from what you are seeing and size the system on that. Well water treatment has its own page.
